I would like to thank you all for the wonderful days we had in Valencia, and for being allowed to participate in your great competition.

We are also glad to hear that so many of you liked our performance at the bullring. We will be happy to come back another time!

¡¡¡Joer, Paco, que pofessional t'as vuelto, con ese Inglish que t'has marcao.

To the Leader of Trondheim Windband:

I accept that your interpretation of both pieces were with a great quality of sound and equilibrium, but as a member of Ateneo, I was very afraid of your band, perhaps due to the great comments of Paco that said to all the musicians of Ateneo in the reharsals.

We supposed that your interpretation of Pines of Rome would be more brilliant and succesful, and full of splendor, but it wasn't. The finale of Via Appia didn't said whatever the composer wanted to express, that the glory of the Army of Roman Empire arriving to Rome, a little bit more Lento and Solemne would be more accurately.

However, it was a very great honour to compete with your great band.

Yours sincerely,
